A : 1 packet bak-kut-teh spices (an xin brand)
      6g yoke chook, 3g dang gui, 4 bulbs of garlic
B : 600g ribs (chopped into small pieces)

1 ½ tbsps light soy sauce "AA"
½ tsp supreme thick soya sauce
2 tbsps YC oyster sauce
4 cubes of small rock sugar
Pinch of salt

1 : Bring 2.5 litres of water to a boil, add in ingredient (A)
      and seasoning. Cover pot, use medium heat and
     boil for 15 minutes to release flavour.
2 : Uncover, add in ingredient (B), cover pot. Turn to low
      heat and simmer for 45 minutes till meat has softened.
Tips: You can add in deep-fried foochook, enoki
mushrooms, button mushrooms or vegetables for a
plentiful choice.
