300g shoulder loin (sliced)

1 tsp light soy sauce "AA"
Little supreme thick soya sauce
Little traditional premium light sauce
1 tsp premium sesame oil
Little YC oyster sauce
½ tsp sugar, pinch of salt
Dash of pepper, ½ tsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp cereal, 1 tsp Chinese cooking wine
1 blade pandan leaf (knotted)
1 tsp butter (at room temperature)

1 tbsp tapioca flour, 1 tbsp full cream milk
Little cereal, little cornflakes

1 egg white, 4 tsps tapioca flour
Little cereal, little cornflakes

1 : Use the back of a big cleaver to chop on the meat thus
     breaking the fibres and soften it. Keep it marinated
     overnight. Nex day, repeat the same process of chopping
      on the meat. Pour egg white on it and coat them.
2 : Heat wok with oil and deep-fry no. (1) till golden. Remove
      and garnish. Simmer sauce and drench over.
Tips: Can be served with tomato sauce, chilli sauce
or mayonnaise as a dip condiment.
