MINCED MEAT TUNG CHOY STEAMED EGG


 



A : 300g minced pork
      50g tung choy (rinsed, chopped)
B : 2 eggs (beaten)
     150ml water



2 ½ tbsps light soy sauce "AA"
1 tsp fish sauce
Dash of pepper
1 tsp sugar



6-8 heatproof bowls (greased with oil)



1 : Combine ingredient (A) and seasoning in a big bowl.
     Use your palm to mix it well. Add in ingredient (B), mix
     well in one direction till it has a sticky texture.
2 : Spoon no. (1) into bowls. Steam over high heat for 20
      minutes.
     
Tips: Do not add in extra salt as tung choy can be
savoury. Choy pre-cut tung choy into small pieces. You
can steam this in one big platter and top with deep-fried
minced garlic for an aromatic flavour.
